As any strength coach will tell you "it starts wit your
core" their certification or credentials don't
necessarily lead to change though. Its important
to understand your body better, and what
reactions you have from various environments
and elements as much as possible. Reason being
because no matter how long we work together
you have to live your life after our sessions. I have
worked with a few student-athletes and
understand that everyone isn't an athlete BUT
everyone has an ego. Our session is orientated
around decided goals, the only common theme is
we mark progress with pictures/videos or self
evaluation. I enjoy empowering people to their
own problems because after we nail the
fundamentals the possibilities are endless. If you
hydrated and eat clean we it should operate
pretty smoothly on the physical side. If you rest
and recharge we catalyze Progression because
nothing comes without challenges. Recovering
and rehabilitating are needed sometimes and
understanding the difference is important. Those
who have learning or development delays, as well
as those who deem themselves un-athletic are
ALWAYS welcomed.
