pDF & accompanying spreadsheets available in the Discord
So there’s this myth that: It takes a lot of money to eat healthy. Truth be told it does not. This myth is often coupled with the myth that eating healthy also have to be boring. Neither of these could be further from the truth. My question: is it expensive if it saves you hundreds of thousands of dollars from surgery, disease, or illness? For those who are less financially stable it is important to understand the first thing you have to account for the food that you eat. And for those who are more stable, the discipline required doesn't change or channel you focus. Calories tell a half truth and your biometric readers and smart technology have a high margin of error. This is as boring as you want it to be. We have recipes in the curriculum, charts & easy to read spreadsheets for you to follow though. this is the only thing that got left out of Sink Or Swim, a separate thought. The food you eat; is only as good as the gut lining that absorbs the nutrients. We have ways to remove internal back up, and to prevent it. This information can be at no cost to you if you join our website + discord & follow @lighthouse.portal (IG) / lighthouseportl (Twitter). This is not a book, (yet at least) this is, a guide. One on Lowering the cost & ways to not have it be boring.
