Peanut Butter

Is it healthy?

That image of the peanut "butter" texture is after just a minute and a half 90 seconds tops. I think you know the answer to my question of why these extra things are added. Peanut oil is not the most common oil added to peanut butter. It is actually canola oil you or rapeseed oil. The next logical question is why not just use peanut oil and peanuts have peanut oil in them already even if you have to add sugar or salt for flavor purposes why not just use that? That would be cheaper to take less logistical effort, and is right in front of you.

The answer these big manufacturers will give you is that canola oil is used for so many things and it’s so abundant because it grows any and everywhere peanut oil is richer. ‘ We need to save peanut oil for cooking purposes of better food, blasé, blasé, blasé.’ The truth is that’s garbage and the negative effects increase in blood pressure hypertension, and the outro of pharmaceutical drugs is the real answer. It has more of a addictive property, canola oil than natural peanut oil that does not have to be literally added.

If this was not true, how do you explain that 90 seconds in a blender with nothing added that the nuts became oily from the dust or grounded particles?

I would buy the higher grade or organic until then I highly suggest you to take a second to read the back of the food labels of the things that you eat. Understand what seeds are understand what nuts are from Botanical or natural level. What function do they play again? This is just my spiel for today. Food for thought. Enjoy your day. #finishyourbreakfast #peanuts #peanutoil #savemoney #foodprocessing
