Tooth & Enamel Detox

Writer's picture: Joshua HarrisJoshua Harris

Starting tomorrow, I am beginning a tooth in enamel diet/detox. I have already taken the steps as far as alternative toothpaste and mouthwash solution. For me that has not been enough; to this point I habe not seen what I would expect. So the next logical step would be to change the diet.

When it comes to eliminating waste mucus and stopping acid build up from causing rashes pain in stagnation... I do pretty well the same cannot be said for my teeth. I know more progress can be seen, so the question becomes: why is it not?

At this point the only answer I am left with is: that i'm left with that this time is I need to eliminate foods which have processed sugars inside of them. Tomorrow will be the first day and only day for a complete "fast." It will not be the last day I just need to create a more effective plan for eliminating these other foods. specifically:

  • Bread.

  • Cereal.

  • Pasta.

  • Bagels.

  • Nut Butter(s).*

These heavy starch foods are not natural starch(es') foods. With the exception of nut butters, the problem there is they typically have oils added to them. These stick and create a resident that stays on the team. These things are removable and you can't repair your name on it just takes time and effort, and leaving it to Repair.
